Trade Drinks Expo returns to London’s ExCeL on 29 and 30 September, forming part of the wider Food Service Industry (FSI) Expo. For anyone involved in hospitality, retail or drinks, from independent operators to national buyers, it is two days of tasting, talking and doing business under one roof.
For Luxfanzine readers, the drinks halls are where the action is. Wine, spirits, craft beer, premium soft drinks, coffee, tea, low and no-alcohol alternatives, bar equipment and hospitality technology all share the same floor space, alongside the food innovation, catering equipment and business solutions that make up the broader FSI Expo. The result is an unusually complete picture of where the industry is heading.
The conversations on the floor increasingly reflect the themes reshaping drinks right now: premiumisation, sustainability moving from marketing into supply chains, the continued rise of functional beverages, and low and no-alcohol products maturing into sophisticated categories in their own right.
